I am Dr. Jacque Bartley, a British-West Indian – American entrepreneur who has worked internationally
and in Corporate America for over twenty years. I have developed and conducted corporate training for
managers and employees in multi-national companies. As an entrepreneur, I have developed a
successful company, Higher Level Consultants LLC where I have tutored over nine hundred students in
Asian countries, the United States, England, and Canada.
